We design the manual powder coating spray booth and the automatic powder coating spray line. You can choose either of them according to your production.
The manual powder coating spray booth need to use together with the powder coating gun, air compressor and the powder curing oven (for the temperature around 200 celsius). We can supply all of them.
As the powder will melt at the temperature around 200 celsius, so we also supply the powder coating oven which need use together with the powder coating spray booth.
The automatic powder coating spray line include the pre-treatment, the powder coating, powder curing oven.
Pre-treatment have three ways. We can choose one according the situation of your work piece.
